All of our units are equipped with most items that would be found in the average household. They include a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, linens, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included as well.

Not at this time. Service animals are permitted. 

Our property is located off of County Road 114. We are about 2 miles from Walnut Creek Cheese and Ohio State Route 39. 

Our Cottages are described as “Tiny Homes”. They are a compact unit made up of generally less than 600 square feet. We have 3 different styles of these units that range from 1 lofted bedroom, 2 lofted bedrooms, and 1 first floor bedroom with 1 lofted bedroom. 

As your reservation approaches, you will receive a welcome email which will detail check in/check out. This will include your entry code for the keypad to your reservation specific unit. This code is specific to only your reservation and will not work before or after your reservation. Check in is at 4PM or anytime after. Check out is at 11AM. Our check in process is contact free. At 4PM your entry code will activate to allow you access to your unit for your stay. We will be notified via email after the first use of your code to inform us of your check in. 

Smoking is prohibited within the unit. There will be additional damage charges if smoking is evident in the unit after your stay. 

Linens, towels, blankets etc. are all provided within the units. Should you need extra, please contact the office during your stay.

Yes. There will always be an on-call staff member in case of emergencies. Please call the office phone number and select option 1 when prompted. If the emergency warrants it, please call 911 immediately before contacting property staff.

Yes, every unit will have access to complimentary WIFI. 

Yes, each unit has air conditioning.
